Frequently Asked Questions

STAR outlines our approach to supporting the people we serve. It stands for Seek, Treat, Apply, and Reclaim what’s rightfully yours. Seeking support is the step you take to partner with us to tackle your goals. Treat refers to the support you receive from your therapist in which evidenced based practices are used to support the development of skills and techniques. Apply is your application of skills in day to day life. Reclaiming what’s rightfully yours is the end goal. It represents you taking back your authority, whether it was something you lost or was taken away.
